Norelliva is operated by AJTT IMPEX LLC. We aim to make the return process clear and reasonable for every customer.

Eligibility for Returns

A return request may be submitted within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be considered for a return, merchandise should be unused, undamaged, and in substantially the same condition in which it was received. Original packaging and included accessories should be returned when reasonably available.

Items that have been used, altered, damaged through misuse, or specifically identified as non-returnable may not qualify.

Requesting a Return

Please email through@norelliva.shop before sending a product back. Include your order number, the item involved, and the reason for the request.

After reviewing your request, we will provide the appropriate return instructions. Customers should not ship merchandise to our warehouse address without receiving return instructions from us.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us promptly after delivery.

We may request photographs or other information to assess the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may arrange a replacement, provide a suitable remedy, or issue a refund.

Refund Processing

When an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the refund.

Approved refunds are generally credited to the original payment method. The time required for the credit to appear may depend on the financial institution or payment provider.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error, a defective product, or another situation where reimbursement is required by applicable law.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is related to an error, defect, or damage attributable to us, the customer is generally responsible for the cost of returning an item.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We will make reasonable efforts to stop an order before fulfillment begins.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
